I read somewhere that walking is a great exercise to do while pregnant. Also there are some variations of yoga that you can do while pregnant, but you have to check it all out with your doctor and stuff. Other than that I don't know...

Hello Jacinta and welcome to the forum.

Congratulations, a second baby, how lovely for you and your partner.

I agree with Garfield, walking is an excellent exercise for just about anyone I would think so that’s a start. Just remember whatever you do take it slowly and build up over time. Also if you feel your eating habits aren’t great then look at what you can do to clean them up. Cutting down high fat foods to start with. Nutritionally though you could perhaps get a plan from your doc so you can make sure the baby isn’t missing out on anything it needs.

I don’t have children so not sure about all of this but there are a number of ladies on here who do have children and may be of more help.

I wish you every success on your weight loss journey. :D

Hi jacinta
welcome to the group. i am here currently shedding my post pregnancy weight! i have an 8 month old daughter. try swimming now that the weather is getting warmer, or use an indoor pool- alot of leisure centres have child minding these days so you can make use of that facility whilst swimming. i always found that carrying a bottle of water with me whilst pregnant helped me from snacking on junk and i also carried around snap lock bags of healthy bits like nuts, and nutri grain etc. ensure to keep up with your red meat though so you dnt get low on your iron. if eating out just remember to make heathy choices :)

good luck with it all
looking forward to seeing you around :)
