Ok, hi, my name is Mary.
I have always had a long and sworded history about dieting and weight loss.
Like many people, I thought it was all about calories in-calories out, and endlessly obsessing over how much I weighed.
But it's not about calories in, calories out - it's about nutrition! I came across some books and a very influential woman who is a
total inspiration in my life - Andrea Albright. She holds high the "Three-C's" mantra - "Count Chemicals ,not Calories".
There is so much processed food in todays society that it's no wonder we are unhealthy.
But figureing this out, and putting it into practice are two things I'm trying to get my head around. I want to eat healthy, fresh nutritious food, and I want to spread the messege around about this. I want to also have more fun in my life, so I think that combining to two will make me feel fantastic!
I'm currently 87.5kgs, I don't know how much weight I want to lose, because it's just a number on a scale right? Probably 69kgs if I can.
What I want to do is let others know about what I am doing to make myself healthier.
