Hi
I'm a guy. 56 years old - 182cm tall and peaked at 158kg at the end of Sept 2010. Currently 151kg and I hope to get down to 75kg. I was that weight during my late teens/early 20s and again in my mid to late 30s. Each time I put on weight was after I got married - less regular exercise and too much old style cooking. During my mid 30s I took up jogging (about 8km per day) and I really felt good about my myself. My wife recently died after a long battle with cancer, and it has made me take stock of my own health. Currently I am carrying around 'another me' mostly around my stomach, and it has caused back problems which makes it hard to be on my feet for more than about 10 minutes - this in turn makes it hard to exercise. I am hoping that losing another 10kg will enable me to do some walking. I am losing weight by watching what I eat, and yesterday I got some Optislim, Acai Berry capsules and some green coffee from the chemist. I am hoping to have an rapid initial weight loss and then about a kilo per week.
I found the weightloss site, and was impressed by some of the before and after photos - very inspirational!
