Ive just done it through plain old fashioned healthy food and daily exercise, no shakes, no pills, no patches, no fad diets, just watching what I eat and making sure I get some daily exercise in.
Excess skin hasnt been a problem for me, dont get me wrong I dont have the trim, toned bod of an 18 year old, my belly is a little flabby but that is belly fat not loose skin and my arms and thighs could use some toning but for now getting rid of the last couple of kilos is more of a priority to me. The toning and finishing touches will come later
