I've been reading this forum for 3 months now, never had anything to say, but finally...
I'm 12 kilos from my goal weight and my time ends in 9 weeks.
I work out and eat healthy all the time, its been a slow progess but there has been some progress.
I look much slimmer than the amount of weight I have lost which has confused me as I'm not sure why the scales aren't reading a reduced weight.
Anyway, This forum is great help as I've been reading up on everything that I needed to figure out about having a healthy lifestyle. so thanks and hopefully 9 weeks is all i need.
