Hi all, my name is luke im a 26 year old married man from the cessnock area (nsw) trying to fight the flab and turn it all to muscle.
I started about 5 weeks ago when my size 102 pants where getting to tight and my belly was starting to black out the view of some of my fav body parts lol.
I weight in at 102kg not my all time biggest but still pretty big.
With researching online i discovered i mostly fit into the Endomorph body type and started eating and training to suit.
Currently down to 96kg and gaing strength each week with my weight training.
