Just writing this post to introduce myself to everyone. I'm Kristina and I stumbled upon this site a few days ago while researching some diet tips. I was impressed with the high level of support that you all give each other and thought that I would love to be a part of it
I'm currently 65kg and my goal weight is 55kg. At the beginning of the year I did weigh 74kg at my highest and to be honest I don't remember losing the weight but I put it down to the stress that I was under because of the break up of a long term relationship.
I've managed to keep it off and I was relatively happy with my size until recently when I bought a new digital camera and had a few pictures taken. Must I say that the camera never lies
I mainly carry my weight around my upper arms and hip/thigh area and I'm looking to improve this by weightloss. I've chosen the dreaded calorie restrictive diet because I know that it will work for me and it's about time I cut down on my food intake as I know that I eat too much. I'm hoping to lose this weight in about 10-15 weeks once and for all.
