I have only been on Censored for nearly 3 weeks, but last week was away and in 3 days put on 2 Kilos. I was so disapointed after trying so hard for 2 weeks. So I put myself on 2 days of protein again to try and kick start my weight loss again. So far the weight is not falling off like some people, but will keep trying. I have approx 17 kilos to lose, dishartened because 2 years ago I lost 25 kilos on Protein shakes and put 17 kilos back on, Please encourage and give me ideas for my snack times - in place of Ham, Chicken etc - find it very hard when I get morning tea for my husband with a couple of Biscuits - and I have meat or cottage cheese again. Really need help from the team and encouragement.
