Hi everyone. Been looking online for interesting weight-loss articles as well as an online community for support.
Glad to have found this place and it seems like everyone here is so helpful and friendly. Anyway, a short introduction:

I'm hoping to lose 11kg. Currently, I'm just aiming to lose 5kg by the end of November. I've lost about 7kg since last year but can't seem to shift the remaining weight.
Reason I'm trying to lose weight is because of a recent blood test showing that I have high cholesterol and high triglycerides.
I don't want to be on tablets for the rest of my life and want to slim down to a healthy weight where I'm happy with myself and how I look. :)

Glad to read some success stories as well as confessionals too. Wishing all of you luck and determination on your weight-loss!

To reach 78.7kg by 31st March (15kg loss for my birthday / BMI 27.56)

eat every 2-3 hrs, drink loads of water, exercise. thats the main stuff.. when people ask how i've lost weight i just go 'diet, and exercise' and theyre just like 'ohh.. :roll:' lol so im like 'well sorry its not very exciting, i wish there was a fad out there that works but there isnt!'
