Hi all I hope i'm writing this in the right place. Sorry if i'm not Mod please feel free to move it....
I am from SOR of Perth WA
I'm a 29yo Female who seriously needs to loose some weight.
I'm a mother of 2 kids. We would like more but i need to drop the pounds first.
I weight ruffly 120kg's and i'm 5'7 - apparently i need to drop 60kg's
*my hole husband as that is about what he weighs*
Anyway I can't afford to Join a gym or anything like that I have decided to calorie count as i already eat fairly healthy and drop my portion size all while doing some exercise even if it's just dancing around the living room with my kids or taking long brisk walks.
I have decided to put this all up on a public forum so i have some great advice and motivation from other like myself. This also makes me accountable for my actions. I may eat healthy but i don't think my portions are right and i know i don't exercise anywhere near enough. As of tomorrow i will keep a photographic food diary for 7 days so i can track what a normal day/week is like (photo's don't lie or forget!) then i will change it for the better. ie better portions I will also do this with my exercise - this one will have to be written though.
Has anyone done it this way? Do you have any advice? any thought would be appreciated!
