Yup another noob
My highest weight about a month ago was 122kg, and right now I'm sitting at 118kg. Not bad I guess
I'm 34 and a mum of 3. Also moved here from canada 4 years ago now.
So yup as you guessed it I'm here to loose this weight. I have cut soft drinks, fast food, chocolate, chips right out of my diet!!! Doing all the right stuff, smaller portions more veg and all that.
I also just bought myself a wii and wiifit plus along with the EA Active. Last week was my 1st full week having it and Mon-Fri I wrkd out!!! That will be my plan wrk out 5 days then weekends off to recover.
I have a very long road ahead of me but for now my goal is to hit 99kgs.
After that long term goal is 75, even tho I won't be in my "suggested" BMI That would make me happy.
