Firstly, congrats for your new bundle of joy!!
Secondly, WOW, well done for losing most of your baby weight. My sons are now 2 and 4 years old and I still cant shake the last 5kg's or so off.
I put on over 30kgs with my first and over 20kg with my second so I know where you are coming from. I guess since we are not far off our normal weights it becomes a lot harder to get back to our pre pregnancy weight.
Unfortunately I dont have any miracle ways to get rid of it, I am just taking it day by day and trying to make the best food choices I can. Try to get a lot of cardio exercise in your routine and maybe try some light weights as well to increase muscle mass which in turn boosts your metabolism. Thats all I can suggest. Hopefully, in time you will get back to your ideal weight.
