Hi everyone,

I never knew this website exsited until i did some googling and i found it.

Well i have lost a great deal of weight about 4 years ago about 20 kilos. However in the last 6 months the weight has slowly been coming back on and i have put on 5 kilos. I have been blaming my husband in which we just got married baout 6 months ago for this but i know that is my fault. So i joined the gym and hopefully i can start to loose it all again.

Hopefully by reading all your guys post i will get new ideas and inspiration on how to achieve this, any ideas would be great hope to hear from you all soon

OMG, we are very similar. A year or two ago I lost between 20 & 25kg. The past few months I've started slipping again. I recently got a new boyfriend and that had a real effect on my eating patterns and thus my weight. It feels so dissapointing to go backwards, doesn't it? Try to remember what you did last time and go back to that.
Welcome to the forum and good luck with losing your 5kg. You already know that you can do it :D

welcome to the forum, grab yourself a funky ticker to keep track of your goals :) and i know how easy it is to be stuck in the habit of eating crap and not exercising thus putting on weight. but its good to get outta that habit. join in when and where you feel comfortable and best wishes

Well done on your previous weight loss and like Garfield said try to think on what you did before and begin applying it again. You may find that cleaning up your diet a bit and exercise will do it without any heavy calorie reduction.
