Hi everyone. I'm trying to lose 15 kilos, planning to lose at least 10 by the end of the year. At the moment, I'm addicted to the scales (know I shouldn't do that, but at least it keeps me on track). I got back from living overseas last year, and almost instantly piled on the kilos. Help me get them off! I don't want them anymore! I've lost about one kilo in the last week, so I guess that's a good start!
