I'm new...

Hi everyone. I'm trying to lose 15 kilos, planning to lose at least 10 by the end of the year. At the moment, I'm addicted to the scales (know I shouldn't do that, but at least it keeps me on track). I got back from living overseas last year, and almost instantly piled on the kilos. Help me get them off! I don't want them anymore! I've lost about one kilo in the last week, so I guess that's a good start! :)

welcome to the group :) make sure you get a ticker graph- theyre funky and keep you inspired to get to your goal. someone will let you know how to get one, im not sure of the links.

i have about 10 kgs to lose before xmas so keep going with your weightloss journey and ill keep going and we will get there together!!

Thanks for all the hellos and welcomes. It's so good to know we're not alone in striving towards our weight loss goals. Every night I am now able to go to bed feeling happy that I have exercised and that I chose wisely what food I would put into my mouth. Feels good, hope it keeps up that way. Still get a bit down when I see my old jeans (should be my current jeans!)
