Hi everyone,

Found this site on google, looks really good. :D

Well I am 25, have two gorgeous boys but have gained a bit of weight since having my second son.
I am starting my healthy eating and exercise plan tomorrow!
Thought it would be a good idea to join and hopefully you can keep me motivated. :P

Hi Kate,

Just my own plan.... no more takeaways, crisps, chocs and especially coke. It sounds simple really but I guess when you get into a bad eating routine it can be hard to change.
And I'm going to start doing the TAEBO workout which I have on dvd.... it's really good.

Cheers,
