You havenâ€™t failed! You got a result, one you may not like, but a result none the less. So you can take the experience of how that result came about and learn from it. I think it is awesome that your partner is going to support you and work with you on this, especially with the exercise. Stay focused, stay strong you will get to your goal.
Now, this is not to put you off but 1.6kgs per week is pretty ambitious, which isnâ€™t to say it canâ€™t be done but I have found most weight loss advice from doctors, dieticians, trainers etc suggest Â½ to 1kg per week is considered excellent weight loss. Have a look on this forum and see how much weight loss is happening per week to give you an idea where I am coming from. There are some fantastically focused ladies doing absolutely wonderful and knocking those kilos off quick smart so have a look at the average per week to get an idea. I know we are all different and what works for one is not what works for the many so you may find I am talking complete rubbish (feel free to tell me so
). As I said this isnâ€™t to put you off, please keep those goals and dreams high, itâ€™s those that push us to be the best we can be, but setting realistic goals may be the difference it takes to stick with it. You can do it!
