I'm tinkerbelle and I am new to the forums. I am 23 years old and currently weigh approximately 110kg. I'm not proud but I am going to change it.
My plan is to eat healthy and exercise. I am determined to do this the right way and not cut corners. I want to learn how to live healthily from the start and not have to learn once I have lost weight. I have discovered calorie king which has been such an education and has been an absolute godsend!
I hope that by using the forums, I can make myself accountable and stay motivated until I get to my goal weight. My goal at this stage is currently 55kgs but will re-evaluate when I get closer to my goal weight and know if it's realistic or whether I need to settle on a higher number. I'm hoping to reach my goal by mid 2011 at the lastest all going well.
