Hi, I'm Claudia. I'm in year ten this year, and although im in the healthy weight range i feel i could be healthier. My mum is a dietitian and has taught me since i was young wrong and right foods and the importance of exercise. I've often gone on diets and periods of exercising alot to feel slimmer and fitter. I've come on here to finally lose the last few kilos. Any support would be great.
