hello everyone. My name is Jess, im 20yrs old and a registered nurse.

i lost 20kg about 7 months ago on weight watchers. however, i have been VERY stressed out and busy lately, plus i had to quit the gym because of financial reasons, and i have put on a few more kilo's.

im going to start following the CSIRO diet, starting this monday.
for exercise i have brought a few yoga/pilates dvd's and a yoga mat, and i am getting a second hand exercise bike this weekend.

i start my new job at the end of january next year, as a graduate registered nurse, and would love to be at goal by then.

the first time round when i lost weight i joined an online chat forum like this and found it to be a big help. im hoping i can achieve the same here.

Current Weight- 84.6kg
Highest weight- 87.1kg
First goal weight- 72kg
Final goal weight- 60kg

Welcome Jess, well done on your weight loss so far.

We all go through things in our lives that cause us to seek the comfort of food. The real test is knowing when to put the brakes on and not loose total control. :D

Welcome Jess, I too am a div 1 nurse and I know how stressful your next year will be. So if you start establishing good patterns now before the shift work starts, then your sure to be at goal in no time.
