Hi all,

My name is Natalie, I'm 31 yrs old and am 90kgs with a goal of around 65kgs. I am not doing any specific diet but am cutting out the mountains of white bread that I eat, cutting out coke and drinking more water and starting to excercise.

Hi there nat! welcome to the group :) i was 91kg and i have to say that my weightloss has been from cutting out ALL coke (i used to drink 2-3 cans a day) i drink 2+ litres of water a day. i also lurve white bread mmmm, but i have cut it out completely. you will be surprised just how much better you will feel doing those things you have mentioned. good luck and we are all here for support :)

Hi Natalie and welcome.

Coke zero is a good substitute.
If you are going to cut out carbs cut out the white stuff and go wholemeal... bread, rice, pasta and mountain bread. Carbs is actually the fuel that our body needs during exercise.

I only have wholemeal bread etc and dont ave carbs after lunch time...

I started the year at 109 kgs and am currently in the low 80's.

The trick is to find what works for you, take bits of advice from hear and there and make your own weight loss formula.
