Thanks for coming on and sharing your story - very brave. I am a journalling kind a gal as well, i love venting through it! The hardest part is starting, and you will be AMAZED by how quickly you feel healthier and better about yourself. Even after the first three or so days i was walking taller, because i knew that i could do it!
As for the chocky - as you said - dont we all?! This has been a big issue for me, as i love love love it - and ofcourse it doesnt help that the day after christmas and for the next 4 months the supermarket, my mail box (catalogues), and bill boards have all been filled with chocky! I have found one savior in nestle diet chocolate mousse - and also with chocolate paddle pops - both are under 100 calories and can help with cravings as well as being really yummy - they are a staple in my shopping trolley now!
