Less is more........

Postby Potbellied German » Tue Mar 30, 2010 8:00 pm

Hey everyone,
I am here to get the gender imbalance back a bit into balance!

My Name is Ingo, and after a life of physical hard working life where I could binge eat without gaining any weight, I ended up in an office environment. Obviously thats where it all started. Well, it was when I was 28 years old (11 years ago). Since then, I always carried a little bit of a belly around. A few years ago I tried Tony Ferguson and it had the effect that I lost about 9kg's. It was great, however it was hard work as my family didn't support me (eating chips next to me) and I was constantly tired (low carb?). A stressful life gave me the rest and I gained everything back.

Usually I am very active with sports, but I have to drop it due to other commitments. I ended up weighing in at 118kg @ 186cm. On 18 March then, I had my first delivery off 'Light 'n easy" and I have to admit I am very impressed;
Here , my history since:
19/3 118.4kg
20/3 117.6kg
21/3 117.0kg
22/3 117.0kg
23/3 116.6kg
24/3 116.2kg
25/3 115.6kg
26/3 115.1kg
27/3 115.1kg
28/3 114.8kg
29/3 115.4kg
30/3 115.4kg

As you can see, a few days where I couldn't resist and this is where I hope to find help from you guys. Through support, support and support, and of course,......... a little bit uhm support!

My plan is to get to 94.9kg by 20/06/2010 which is 90 days from the day I started........

And remember..... be nice to us newbies..... say  hello

Oh, and another question: a few years ago I read a story about a guy who lost 100's of kg's and now he is a fitness trainer. I remember him being italian and from Sydney I believe. I think the book was called: "And you can too" (or words to that effect) Does anyone know it?

I'm not sure of the personal trainer you're talking about, so I'm afraid I can't help you. Welcome to the forum, though! I hope you find the support you need here. :D
