Sassy Sister here - but you can call me Sass!
I am new to this forum and today was my first day of getting started to achieve my goals. A few years ago, l had lost 30 kilos and felt fabulous - but of course at the time although I was still thin still had the mindset I was fat...now i wish I was that weight again! I have now put on 20 of the 30 i had lost and feel awful. I have nothing in my closet that fits, i avoid seeing my friends as I feel embarressed (and having nothing to wear!!). I find I am good at eating healthy and excercising when I am organised - but as soon as that stops take away makes it's way back in...and once i have a taste of something naughty i lose all self control!
