Hey Guys,

I am new to this forum hello!

So i decided i want to lose some weight and fit back into my favourite jeans.

I started my new diet March 6th, been going to the gym and eating healthy.

I have my brekky, lunch and dinner (no carbs at dinner but sat is my cheat day) and yogurt as a morning snack and protein shake for my afternoon.

Ihave lost about 4 kilos since 06/03/10 to this date.

I would like to lose 4 more kilos, i now fit into my jeans but have a little muffin top. So i think i will lose about 3 or 4 more and i will be happy. Been hard sticking to my diet but its working :) Cant want to maintain though.

I didn't know much, but my new housemate is a personal trainer. I don't go to her gym but she helped me out by telling me what to eat and what things i need to do at the gym.

It's good because she doesnt eat bad food, which means I don't.

But as soon as i get to my goal I want cheesecake. I know that is bad hahaha

That is awesome ! Maybe try doing some situps more at the gym to tighten those abs. :D

hey,
also doing pump class so about 15mins near the end i get to work on abs. also do planks and they are hard. Hehe

Hey Cassbop,

Congrats on the weight you've already lost.

It's an amazing feeling when your jeans are a little loose isn't it.

Makes the sacrifices worth it, doesn't it.

Good luck with the next few kilos.

PS - Have you seen the Daily Food Diary thread of this forum where you can record your daily diet?
