I am new to this forum hello!
So i decided i want to lose some weight and fit back into my favourite jeans.
I started my new diet March 6th, been going to the gym and eating healthy.
I have my brekky, lunch and dinner (no carbs at dinner but sat is my cheat day) and yogurt as a morning snack and protein shake for my afternoon.
Ihave lost about 4 kilos since 06/03/10 to this date.
I would like to lose 4 more kilos, i now fit into my jeans but have a little muffin top. So i think i will lose about 3 or 4 more and i will be happy. Been hard sticking to my diet but its working
Cant want to maintain though.
