Damnit!

Hey guys its Carly again. Carly-Jane now though.
HEYY DARLINS
I signed up last year, and sucessfully lost 7 kilos!
Sadly, i managed to gain 10 more.
I need to lose those 10 kilos!! I neeeed to be 46 kilos again!! My aunts wedding coming up and i have 4 months to shred this weight!! WHOS WITH ME :D Im 15, short and look like a mother fukin tellytubby!!

I need to cut down on sugar, flour and salt and have a calorie intake of only 1500 :D

I want to create a meal plan for two weeks straight and keep doing it so i dont get bored-ed. :D So please I neeeeeeeed recipes!

The only thing that makes me determind enough to keep going is from you guys! My family and friends just dont understand.
So please <3 :3 Do post back.

Welcome back, Carly-Jane! Good luck with your weight loss. I know what it's like to regain weight while away from the forum. I put a few kilos back on while I was on hiatus too.
