Sadly, i managed to gain 10 more.
I need to lose those 10 kilos!! I neeeed to be 46 kilos again!! My aunts wedding coming up and i have 4 months to shred this weight!! WHOS WITH ME
Im 15, short and look like a mother fukin tellytubby!!
I need to cut down on sugar, flour and salt and have a calorie intake of only 1500
I want to create a meal plan for two weeks straight and keep doing it so i dont get bored-ed.

The only thing that makes me determind enough to keep going is from you guys! My family and friends just dont understand.
