Hey everyone - This is it - please help

Hey everyone, Im 22 years old and approx 103kg, im aiming for 75kg starting today, im here because ive established that im a junk food addict, because i know it's bad for me and got no worth or goodness to it but i eat it anyway and when i don't eat that garbage i feel im missing out, watching a movie without junk food just aint the same, ive tried to eat just fruit and vege before but my body don't like it, so im trying now , hopefully with the support and advice from you all here.

I gotta get over the junk,so now its just water,fruit and vegetables and possibly meat depending on how you all feel about that.

Hi there,

My advice to you is to eat a protein source with 3 meals a day.
Protein like : chicken, eggs, tuna, lean red meat, tofu, cottage cheese

Cut out soda and stick with water - 2 or 3 litres a day, spread throughout the day evenly...

Try not to eat too much fruit. Eat your fruit in the first half of the day.

Cut out some vegetables like potatoes - try sweet potato instead

Cook with olive oil

Have a cut off time for eating - Like stop eating after 7:00pm or 3-4 hours before you sleep

Try and eat every 2 or 3 hours or 5 - 6 times a day. 3 main meals and make the others small meals.


You might do something like :

Breakfast - oats / fruit OR boiled / poached eggs + 2 pieces wholemeal toast OR make yourself a smoothie with fresh fruits and milk

Mid morning - fruit / nuts like almonds

Lunch - Chicken and vegetables, or Tuna and vegetables, or have a wholemeal / multi grain roll with chicken or tuna + salad on it

Afternoon - try eating some nuts / or a piece of fruit / carrot sticks or celery with cottage cheese

Dinner - Protein like Chicken or Steak or Fish + vegetables

After Dinner - Diet jelly or Low fat yoghurt

Second Goal: 99 kilos (Getting out of triple digits)
Third goal: 85 kilos (Getting back to a weight where i felt more like ME)
Ultimate long term goal: 60 kilos (Losing half of my start weight)

For exercise - try squats, lifting weights, sprints, walking, swimming

nice work FFS! the diet plan etc look great... i would look at www.calorieking.com.au and check out what good healthy balanced eating looks like as well!
