just joined WLF today and it's really already motivated me to get out there and get active!
i've been sitting in my lounge for around 2-3 hours now ( i know that is not a good start to being active haha:), reading everyones weight loss stories and geez they are really inspiring.
hopefully one day soon, i can inspire a new member with my own stories like alot of you have done for me!
