Hi there,
I am hoping to lose five kilos. Never good at that. Never managed to do that.
Hopefully if I start writing down my habits in the food diary and exercise diary in this forum, something will happen.
I cannot fit in my clothes and I am very upset.
I only have one pair of jeans I can still fit in.
My knees are hurting when I go up the stairs. The doctor said I have to lose 10% of my weight. Too much sitting down with office work etc.

Help me...

You can do it, FiveToGo, you are definitely on the right path with the diaries and there's lots more practical help on the website.
