I am hoping to lose five kilos. Never good at that. Never managed to do that.
Hopefully if I start writing down my habits in the food diary and exercise diary in this forum, something will happen.
I cannot fit in my clothes and I am very upset.
I only have one pair of jeans I can still fit in.
My knees are hurting when I go up the stairs. The doctor said I have to lose 10% of my weight. Too much sitting down with office work etc.
