Hi i'm Casey, i'm 23 years old and have a weight problem. i am currently 109.3 kilos. My healthy weight range is between 70-75kilos. I would love to reach that goal.
I am really ready to give this weightloss thing a real go. I have trouble with motivation and jealousy issues when i am eating grass and others around me eat awsome yummy food but dont put on weight like me.
My Wedding is in November 2011 so i have over a year to reach my goal which i think is pretty reasonable. Any suggestions of types of diets that will help me, i have alot of weight to lose so would appreciate any help i can get.
