i havnt really decided on a plan yet. well apart from trying to do more exercise and eat better foods. which includes cutting out all junk food. i just have to keep reminding myself i dont want it. i have also stopped drinking normal coke and have replaced it with diet coke. i know its not much better for me but it will help until i can talk myself into only drinking water.
i look forward to losing weight.
Hi Tanya. The coke thing does take some adjusting. I went from soft drink to soda water,Now I mostly drink water and haver the occasional diet coke or V8 juice.it is hard though. Keep up the great work. Small steps lead to bigger things for sure
i weigh myself on a wednesday (tomorrow yay!!!) and i put my results in the group weigh in section, the 12 week challenge and the personal progress sections. its up to you when you are going to weigh in. some people do it monthly or even quarterly! whatever you think is the best way to monitor your weightloss. its up to you!!

Once a week is a good time to weigh. Some people weigh every day, but realistically there are far too many variations in your weight over a day for daily weigh ins to give you accurate data.

hi dawn. i also thing that once a week is a good time to weigh. i think if i did it every day i would get a different number each day.
