I am an extremely unhealthy teenager! I came here to look for motivation to get down to my goal weight of around 70kg. I'm not really sure what the average 17 year old at 166cm should weigh but I figure that around 70kg sounds about right. Let me know if I am wrong
I have already started eating healthy by eating at least 3 pieces of fruit a day. It is a good start. I am going to do it the healthy way as I don't buy into all that garbage that you see these days. I also walk 4km everyday just by travelling to and from school and do the occasional run. I just need to cut down the junk, I know I can do it, I just need to set my mind to it
