. You must be thrilled!!
I wish I had your dedication regarding the gym. I seem to go okay with the eating - at least most of the time..with the occasional breakout
- but I am hopeless when it comes to exercise. I literally do none, bar a little bit of walking.
I know this is wrong and I know exercise really is the key to weightloss but for some reason it is a mental barrier I have problems overcoming for now.
Oh well, I just wanted to say WELL DONE...and keep up the tremendous work
