Hi all... it is time to shed those pregnancy kilos.... so here goes!
My little bubba is 11 and a bit weeks today.
I said at 6 weeks I would start eating better. So, I'm a few weeks later, but better late than never!
I lost 30 kilos a few yrs ago, over a 2.5 year period.
But I swam up to 2.5km most days during the bulk of that period, so this time will be very different.
I really cannot exercise much at all, as my time is spent at home, ensure my little one has his needs met, including uninterrupted sleep.
So, I must eat super well, which has started well this week with a 2.3kg loss!
I Hope I can do this. I am feeling very hungry, expecially in this cold weather. But also very motivated!
Am basically following the old WW program I used before, counting points and eatig few carbs.
I hope this forum helps me to stay focused!
