Congrats. If I may can I give you one big tip re weight loss? Throw those meal shakes OUT! They do not teach you healthy eating at all. Yes you will lose a stack of weight on them, but as soon as you stop you will pile the weight back on and more! I put on 20 kg with all my three kids but lost it after every single one by WALKING an hour every day, with the pram. Easy to do. Weight loss is a simple equation of eating less than your body needs.
