Hi I'm a fat female who has put off my wedding date until i lose enough body mass so that I can try on a wedding dress without bursting into tears.
I have done a lot of research and so far i have cut out all sweets and trans and rancid fats and cut out eating after 6pm and i have been supplementing with all sorts of vitamins, minerals and healthy oils. I have been walking everyday.
Now that i feel better and full of energy I'm ready to tackle dieting.
I have just purchased the 15 day detox by TNP which Ive started today.
After this my weight loss begins.
To date i have slowly lost 12kg without really dieting and i feel I'm ready to really start pushing myself now.
