Hey :D
I just joined this site a few minutes ago so hopefully I'm posting this in the right place.
Currently I'm 175cm tall and weigh 74.8kgs (it varies from anywhere between 73 and 75) and I'm looking to lose some weight and get fit again. My goal weight is 60kgs which is within my heathly weight range.
Could anyone perhaps give me a few tips to losing weight and keeping motivated?

Healthy diet and sensible exercise, Alice, you can't beat it. You'll find plenty of useful information and advice here so good luck on your journey and keep us up to date with how you are getting on. You can do it!!
