My name is Sam and I live in Sydney.
I'm way over my ideal weight and have tried numerous times to lose the weight, but haven't ever stuck to anything. I've tried Tony Fergusson shakes, basic dieting as well as exercise without any sort of plan.
I haven't been able to stick to anything in the past. I work a desk job which means i'm not very active during the day.
This time I am detirmined to stick to my plan. I've just started the C25K program (2 days down so far) and I'm enjoying it and plan to see it through to the end. I have also cut out most of my problem foods (I'm a sucker for hot chips
I get puffed out trying to keep up with my 22month old son, so yeah I really need to get into shape.
Starting weight a few days ago was 100.1kg.
Mini goal is to get to 90kg.
Main goal is to get to 80kg
