I want to take the first steps to become healthy.
I'm 21 year old woman and weigh 140kg (yep, that's a huge censored)
I've been heavy my entire life, but it was always no more than a size 16 which I was happy with. When I was 15 I dropped out of school and that is when all the weight came on. I suffered from intense depression as many people do. It kept me inside the house most of the time and I lost all of my friends, self esteem and motivation to live.
It has taken me a number of years to admit I need help. I still suffer from depression, but not as bad. I leave my house and I try to socialise as much as possible.
I haven't started a diet yet or figured out an exercise routine. This is where I need the help!
