Hi Everyone, joined up for great tips, advice and inspiration and motivation from you all!! ive just overhauled my diet and found a new love in excercise, trying to get fit and lose 4-5kg in 4 weeks before a holiday, I have joined a gym and walk about 30-45 mins on the tready, do weights and go on the bike for about 10-20 mins everyday. Im 160cm tall and 60 kg, so far after a week no weight is lost i never have really watched my weight untill now as i hit 28 and have put on to many kgs for my small frame.
