I have tried many weight loss programs and find they all work to some extent. It's just keeping focussed that I have trouble with. I got down to 70kg a few years ago by weighing in weekly with the girls from work. The motivation to show a loss on the chart each week was enough to keep me focussed. I'm not in that environment anymore so hopefully this forum will help out.
