Hi everyone

This is my first post in this forum and just wanted to say hi.

I currently weigh 92.5kg

I have never weighed this much before and seriously want to become healthy and loose weight.

I look forward to sharing my weight loss journey with you all

Hi Bellagirl:

I was wondering how tall you were. And what are you planning to do to lose the weight?

Hey

I am 176am tall.

Basically i have started exercising more.
I aim to exercise for 30 mins twice a day. Once in the morning before work and once in the afternoon.
I have also improved my diet.
I just weighed myself and i am now 89.8 so i have just lost 2.7 kilos in 1.5wks.

Current plan -

5.40am - exercise 20- 30min ZUMBA
6.30am - ride or walk to work (1.5km)
7am - breaky 1egg scrambled on toast
10.00 - Mandarin
12.30pm - beef or chicken vegetable soup
2.30pm - apple
4.30pm - ride or walk home from work (1.5km)
5.00pm - 20 min run or 30 min ZUMBA workout and basic weights
7.00pm - Dinner - piece of chicken, beef or fish with salad or veges

I dont drink tea or coffee but do have 1 sugar free V a day (yes i know... naughty but i hate going without it)

Hi Bellagirl,

I am new to this forum too so thought i would say Hi.. I have already lost 5ks but want to lose another 10 and am struggling to find the motivation, thought discussing it with other people would help push me. Kudos for fitting in so much excercise (and for losing weight so quickly)! i struggle to find the time as im not a moring person AT ALL :)

Ps: Love the fact you do Zumba- its so much fun!! :D
