I have not done this before, but feel I want to explode (from my weight) and emotions! I feels like I have tried everything to loose weight, and should just give up and let it be? I know come Summer I'll be angry, dissapointed and no fun! I do this to myself every year. I'm thinking of the Lap Band or Cohens, I definatly have a problem with cravings (hormonal???) Anyway if there is anyone out there with suggestions I would appreciate it. I promise to be POSITIVE~!
