]Ive just joined this forum to help keep my motivated for my weightloss journey..
I think ill do better to have others to talk to and also to be held accountable:)
End of last year i lost 7 kilos but this year ive put 3 of them back on.. I need to lose those 3 plus also and additional 7 ideally. Im finding it so hard this time around, have joined the gym and been working my butt off(unfortunatly not literally) and cut out alot of takeaway and chocolate. But in saying that i am failing with some other junk food stuff, hard being a stay at home mum to much time to eat!!.
Anyway hopefully this will help, see u all around the forum!:)
