Hi from me

Postby CopsWife » Tue Oct 17, 2006 11:43 am

Hey there everyone :)

I've always been a big girl. I was at my best when I was 18 and met my hubby, I was a size 14/16 and about 80kgs. That was nearly 7 years ago and I'm now an 18/20 and 112kgs!!
Too much of the good life and way too much junk food!

I started the Success program from Amcal chemist just over a week ago and lost 3kgs in my first week. Last sunday was out 1st wedding anniversary and we went out - I think I blew all my good work in one meal, I haven't weighed myself to see, LOL.

So far I haven't done much exercise as I was either too tired or too self concious to go out.

I work at home as a Nail Technician anf my hubby is a NSW police officer. We don't have kids yet, but this weight loss is to get me healthier so we can start trying. We have two kitties and two rats.
Shellie

Hi Shellie and welcome!
I started at about the same weight at you and it is hard...but entirely possible to lose the excess! Hopefully with the support of the forum you will achieve success!
Cheers,

Hi Shellie,

I started at almost the same weight as you and I've come down as far your goal - so I'm living proof that you can & will reach your goal! If ever you need someone to chat to about how difficult it can be at times, give me a yell.
Cheers,
Kate
