Hello fellow weight loss gurus!!
After juggling my weight for a long time and trying so many different things (shakes, lite n easy, weight watchers) only to find I was not actually learning about changing my eating habits I am taking the plunge and going to start Censored My mum leant me her book and dvd last night so i am yet to read it and watch the dvds but i am pretty excited about it. Probably more the fact I will actually be learning how to eat better instead of being given meals and not really thinking about what i am doing.
I am hoping to lose about 20kgs My first step (before i decided to do Censored) was to ban myself from buying charity chocolates at work I had a habit of two per day. It's been three weeks since I have brought any charity chocolates from work **yay**
So once i have looked at the censored stuff I will be well on my way to a new me!!
