So many of you are probably thinking I'm crazy, but I love shake diets.
I can't do it by myself i've tried.
Someone has obviuosly put a lot of work and money into research to make a safe effective product.
I do think there's some dodgey ones out there but i'm happy with the program i'm on and it's working.
I'm attending a Health and Wellness retreat in October and really want to make a conscious effort to lose some weight before the weekend,I want to be able to try all the activities without feeling to self conscious that everyone's looking at my fat wobble.
I'm sure others there are losing weight too, as it is being run by a company who sells shakes, but i still don't want to be all wobbly there, strange i know,
Off to have my steam vege's with parsley sauce and a shake for lunch...
