My name is Richard, I have been a professional cook for the last 15 years now and ended up being a fairly large boy, that changed and I have recently dropped it all and am now down to a healthy weight!
I have discovered the secret to getting my extra kilos off and keeping them off, to which I have created a product based on my experiences, good foods that speed up your metabolism, listed foods to avoid and what to eat in moderation plus I have also had special eating plans created for me.
