Need Motivation

Hi
My name is Joleen and I'm a 23 year old mum to a 10 week old baby boy. I figure rather than being bored and snacking I can come on here and spend my time. Im on a 28 week weightloss program through better Health which is a part of Medibank Private. Ive so far done 3 weeks and lost 1.7kg. My starting weight was 94.1 and a size 16/18. Im hopeing to make it to under 70kg and possible a size 10.

good luck joleen it sounds like you have done fantastically in your first few weeks! what does the plan involve?

Its very easy. I put in all my personal details like weight, height, what exercise I already do, what my lifestyle is like. How much I wish to lose everyweek and it comes up with a menu plan for me. All the food is very easy to make, basic and tastes great. You dont feel like your on a diet. And every week Im sent an email with articles to read on tips to lose weight.
