My commitment to changing my health and fitness started a week ago on the 1st of September 2010.
I am 27 years old and 117kgs. Well, up until last week anyway. After week 1 I am down to 113.8kg!
I started a blog to track my journey, keep me on track, and most importantly keep me accountable.
