Well it's just over 9 weeks until Christmas and I am dying to look awesome in a 2 peice cossie. I've lost 20kg and have kept it off for almost 2 years now, I am a much healthier and happier person than I was then. But I am now ready to step up a gear and turn this volvo body into a ferrari (or at least a sporty Audi). I have 8kg I need to lose and although it's less than last time I feel I might have to punish myself to get rid of that last bit of pudge. But I have focused and so far have run 2km 5 times in the last 2 weeks I just need motivation to keep it going.

Hey Kelstar

20 kilos, and maintaining the loss? What a fantastic achievement!

It's always harder to lose the last few.. sounds like you are doing the right things though, you'll have that gorgeous bikini body soon for sure.

Good luck!
